Thanks to the AMTRA team, another great event, this one was a standout due to and because of, the wet , a few issues with nav around paddy's hill, but overall, a great time was had by me, pity we can't print the route sheets on water proof paper  . will be back again next year. Would it be possible to supply the route on gps as a option for some punters? , say SD card (or what ever memory is used in the gps things) on a deposit system for card, available at check in. Entrants could mark the option on their entry form and pay the deposit when signing up. |

To help with waterproofing route sheets, you might try using wide clear scotch tape,. Tape the front and back sides of the route sheet. This will help keep them dry.  |

It wasn't only the bikes that were revelling in the muddy conditions! Al was also enjoying the opportunity to hone his 4WD'ing skills on the hill just after Control Point 5.  |
