I have spoken to Wade about the Clake, and he loves it!  He wonders how he ever rode without it!

Had a bloke on a Marysville ride in Dec who could have really used one as he didn't have the necessary appendage to use the std rear brake lever.

Wade,
Can I have a go of the Clake on Al's ride if you don't mind riding a WR250 with a foot brake.

Brad

P.S. Ken is dying to ride but is in Caravan mode, he is torn!

Torn!!!! I'm Friggin RIPPED!!! No riding till 2010. Will probably  have to fit a Clake to the 570, I'll be needing all the help I can get. We are really looking forward to our trip though, so there is always a plus to the negative. And while 4WDing is no where near as exciting as the bike you can always have a cuppa with the misses while admiring the views.

If these husabergs are as good as they say they are just tow the van with it and have the best of both worlds. But have a good time anyway, and we will see you soon.

The views of the scenery or of the missus?

Borrowed the Clake bike and took it out yesterday at Neerim South yesterday and most people had a go on it.

Takes a bit of getting used to, only locked up the rear up twice in the learning process as I tried to grab a fistful of clutch which was now a Clake.
For me its main advantage is steep down hills, definitely easier also the gear changes popped faster with the Clake hydraulic clutch.
