The HCR posts states that the ride is on Sat and Sun.

The calendar has four days marked out.

The ride is just for two days right?

Checking for a mate who want join up.

The ride is filling well, still lots of spots left but would not leave it too long if thinking of going.

Postal form will be up soon but the quickest way to enter is on-line.

What time does scruitneering close on the Saturday morning?
I don't think I'll be able to get up there on the Friday night.

James,
Normal protocol is we open scrutineering for a short time on Sat morning to cater for people that arrive after scrutineering has closed on Fri night. Usually open between 0700 and 0800.

I am thinking about coming down with my mates in a Toyota Coaster Bus with trailer.  If we have weather again like last year, do you think it would get in and out ok?

I am sure you will have little problems in the bus, even if it is wet. Others have used a bus to get to the event in the past however we have put in an order for much better weather this year.

Mick

I'd guess there may already be people there by Wednesday. You’re a member of the club; instructions on how to open the gate are on there way to you by PM.
And for volunteers who haven’t been to a HCR before the camping area for them is in the upper area of the block, up as high as possible behind the shed site.
